Our high-pressure die casting (HPDC) process produces aluminium components with tight dimensional tolerances, excellent surface finish, and strong mechanical properties. Ideal for complex geometries, thin-wall sections, and high-volume production. We cast alloys including ADC12, A380, A360, and AlSi9Cu3. Both low-volume prototype runs and high-volume serial production are supported — no fixed minimum order quantity.

Tweeler AB specialises in re-engineering — we take your physical sample or worn component, create accurate 2D/3D technical drawings, design a new die casting mould, and reproduce the part in aluminium. Ideal for legacy components, obsolete parts, replacement tooling, or design improvements. No original CAD files needed.
We offer full secondary operations on aluminium die castings: CNC machining, drilling and tapping, deburring, shot blasting, anodizing (clear, colour, or hard anodize), powder coating, e-coating, and assembly. Parts are delivered inspection-ready and fully finished to your specification — ready for installation or resale.
